We have use kemp alkaline water for more than 10 years n we found it to be very reliable n good for our family health even though it is more expensive than others brands but it is very useful. Kemp products have been in the market n done alot of research for many years n we trusted them. I have survey the product n cost before we replace our old set. Some brands machine which is half the cost of kemps products claims there machines also produce alkaline water when I tested it it is not as they only used mineral stone which produce less then 5% whereas kemp products produce 100% alkaline. My initial purchase in 2016 performed exceptionally well, providing reliable service for approximately 10 years until the PCB recently failed. I’ve been using the *Kemp Smart i7* for more than 5 years and decided it was time for an upgrade. After looking at the different options at the showroom, Esther was really helpful - she gave clear explanations of the various Water Ionizer models and helped me choose what suited my needs best. I ended up getting the Kemp Smart i9 at a trade-in price and I think it was a really good deal. When I first bought my i7, I wasn’t sure about the quality yet so I only connected the piping to an extra tap at my washing basin. This time I was confident enough to drill a hole at the sink area for better access and a neater setup. The installation process was smooth and not messy at all. The technician was professional, did a neat job, and explained everything clearly. Used to own a Marvello water filter/ionizer and switched brands when I moved house. Now I have upgraded my water filter/ionizer to the iPro model which dispenses hot and cold water which meets my needs. The sales person at Kemp (Esther) was most helpful to see me through and explain the various models to me on WhatsApp as well as at the head office location at International Plaza. She was very knowledgeable and knew what each of the various models could offer. Now I have cold alkaline hydrogen water any time!
