Sales Terms & Conditions

  • We provide goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.
  • Prices are clearly displayed on price tags. We are a GST Registered Company, prevailing GST is charged for all purchases.
  • Our business has a policy on accuracy of charging.
  • Warranties on manufacturing defects are provided for all our products. They do not include consumables, eg. Filters, tap divertors and additional services provided eg. power point extension and plumbing parts and works.
  • We have a policy of refund and exchange with a 5 working days cooling-off policy from the date of purchase.
  • Our business does not collect Deposit.
  • Payment term is Cash on Delivery. Only Singapore dollars are accepted. Payment can also be made through Visa / Mastercard / American Express credit cards.  
  • Selling price includes delivery and basic installation.
  • Additional charges for extension of power point, separate tap installation and any extra plumbing works will apply if required
  • Customers’ particulars are strictly for sales transactions and customer after sales support.
  • Our business is committed to avoid over or under-charging and ensuring correct change is returned.
  • Our advertising and promotion adhere to the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice (SCAP) published by Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore (ASAS).
  • Our business is committed to display discounted prices clearly in our marketing material.
  • If customer rejects the machine within cooling-off period, full refund after deducting any visa charges, if any, but no admin charge.  However, if customer wants to exchange to a different model, the difference in price will be refunded or top up by customer whichever is applicable.
