Are You Acidic or Alkaline?

A healthy body is mild alkaline with a pH level of 7.35 to 7.45. A slight acidic blood pH, on the other hand, may pose some health concerns. Therefore, it is crucial that we maintain a healthy pH level in order for our body to function properly. However, as we grow older, our chemical and physiological pH balancing mechanisms begin to deteriorate.
